A tip from Denis Reggie

This shot was made possible by a tip I learned from Denis Reggie. He taught us some great tips about how to work with light. I learned an amazing amount from him and the first thing I wanted to test was a use of indirect light that he calls foofing. It really does work, and it makes a huge difference. I know this is just a statue, but look at how this photo has a third dimension the way the shadow goes from dark to light across the face. Thanks Denis, you changed my world in just a short time.
