Marathon Cups
This past weekend our daughter had the opportunity to cheer on her team at the Detroit Marathon. They were running for the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society and were running in my daughter's honor. As I was helping with the water station I noticed the cups being discarded by the runners after the race and couldn't help but tell the story with my camera. It was a beautiful day for a race, but not so beautiful for the cleanup crew.

Touch Of Light
Touch Of Light
Today is a very special day for this girl. She has been in remission for 4 years from Leukemia and Lymphoma and still growing strong. She is a survivor, and she is one of my heroes.

A slow walk to the bus stop
A slow walk to the bus stop
These every day moments fascinate me most. It's these moments that are not normally captured in family photo albums, and yet these events help frame us. It's these moments that make me reflect upon life and events. I treasure these moments and enjoy capturing them on film.
